Q. What if the weather is bad on the day of your charter?

A. The weather is generally fine with plenty of sunny and warm days. Should the weather change there are plenty of bay anchorages that offer shelter. The boat has a full cockpit cover to keep dry in case it rains. If the weather is severe enough to prevent you from enjoying  your charter, we will offer you an alternative date. (The skipper reserves the right to alter any charter due to weather conditions).


Q. What clothing is suitable?

A. Please bring with you on warm sunny days: sun tan lotions, shades, swimwear, along with appropriate clothing for the weather conditions.

If the weather is overcast, windy, cold or wet please bring warm and dry clothes. Footwear: please wear deck shoes or non slip non marking soles.


Q. Are children allowed on the boat?

A. Children of all ages are welcome and must be supervised by a parent/guardian. We need to be notified in advance, so that we can ensure that we have the correct size life jackets.


Q. How many people fit on the boat?

A. The boat is licenced to carry 10 passengers and 2 crew.


Q. What do i pay/ How do i pay/ When do i pay?

A. A deposit of £300 to confirm a booking and the balance is payable on the day of charter. You can pay by cash or cheque.if you wish to pay by debit/credit card this will be processed through paypal (but there will be a small fee for this service). 


Q.How much do the different types of charters cost?

A. Price start from £49/person.


Q.How do i book my charter/event?

A. Please call 07967-418068 or email to discuss your requirements and to check availability. We prefer advanced bookings, but may be able to arrange a charter at short notice.



Q.Can i drive the boat?

A. Depending on the sea conditions and only at the discretion of the skipper. 


Q.Is alcohol permitted on board?

A. Yes, we can either provide at an extra cost or you can bring your own.


Q. Can i bring my dog?

A. No animals are allowed on board.


Q. What are the start and finish times of the charter/event?

A. Typically full days are from 9-6 depending on the agenda but times differ depending on the the type of charter.


Q.Which months do your charters operate?

A. Chartering starts from May through to November.


Q. Do you provide Catering or can i provide my own?

A.  Yes, this can be arranged during your booking.


Q.What does the price of the charter include?

A. Skipper, fuel, light refreshments and local mooring charges.
